The Perennial Companies, LLC (“Perennial”) is an investment management firm which invests in alternative assets, with a focus on commercial real estate, hospitality and private equity investments. Perennial also provides real estate advisory and management services to its clients and investors.

The management team has successfully managed a $4B investment portfolio consisting of real estate assets and direct equity investments in both public and private operating companies.

Perennial seeks to acquire and develop high quality performing assets which provide strong risk adjusted returns to our investors. The Perennial Middle Market Program is focussed on acquiring and developing value-add investments in secondary markets in the $10-$50MM range. The Perennial Separate Accounts Program tailors each investment strategy to the specific objectives of its investors.
Perennial provides institutional quality investment management services on behalf of high net worth individuals, family investment offices and foreign investors. Over the past decade, the management team has had over $4B of assets under management. The portfolio included every property class as well as direct equity investments in operating companies and funds. Perennial provides its clients with acquisition, underwriting and portfolio management services for investments located in the U.S. and in Western Europe.
Having been through several investment market cycles, Perennial understands that not every investment works out the way it was underwritten. Issues such as a difficult capital markets environment, depressed operations or a misaligned partner can put stress on the investment and ultimately to the investor's wallet. Perennial has successfully advised its clients in these special situations in areas of loan workouts and restructuring with lenders, partner buyouts and asset performance optimization strategies. Perennial's goal in any special situation is to maximize the client's asset value and to provide a clear path to an exit while minimizing any potential liabilities going forward.
